Abstract
This project aimed to address concerns raised over the past decade about the use (copying) of Canadian literary works in post-secondaries by Canadian creators, publishers and copyright collectives. Data was collected and analyzed on the use of creative, and specifically Canadian creative, works for teaching purposes by instructors at SFU, for the period 2018-2022 and the comparison period 2010-2012.
Description
The dataset consists of six separate csv files: Textbook data for 2011-2012, Textbook data for 2018-2022, Course pack data for 2010-2012, Course pack data for 2018-2022, Library Reserves data for 2010-2012, Library Reserves data for 2018-2022. There is a codebook (pdf format) for each csv file.
