Description
The dataset consists of an Excel file containing two sheets. The first sheet is named General Activation Data and the second sheet is named UDI.
"General Activation Data" sheet contains multiple analyses and reports the following types of data from HCN4 channels with a variety of concentrations of CBD, as well as cAMP and diC8-PIP2:
Activation V1/2
Relative Peak Current
Activation Time Constants
"UDI" sheet contains the activation time constants from a 1/3 Hz Use-Dependence protocol before and after treatment with 5 uM CBD
