Effets de l'utilisation d'une application mobile d’imagerie mentale diversifiée sur la qualité subjective du sommeil : résultats préliminaires

Preliminary results of a study under way at Université de Montréal that compares the cognitive shuffle ( serial diverse imagining) with backward counting (like "counting sheep"). Both treatments are assisted by a mobile app delivered on iPhone (using SomnoTest, a research version of mySleepButton®).
