Undergraduate Engineering students are required to complete a group-based, two-course capstone sequence: ENSC 405W and ENSC 440. Groups form company structures and create an innovative product that potentially acts as a solution to a real-life problem. Undergraduate Engineering students are required to complete a group-based, two-course capstone sequence: ENSC 405W and ENSC 440. These capstone projects ask groups to create an innovative product that can act as a solution to a real-life problem. Students are required to submit a number of assignments as part of ENSC 405W (proposal, design specifications, requirements specifications, and a proof of concept) before actually building and testing the product in ENSC 440.
