My voice, my voice, our community: a Vancouver DTES community action project

My Voice, My Space, Our Community profiles a community-based action project and storytelling exhibition in partnership with the drug user organization VANDU which accesses the rich oral histories of men and women of the drug user subculture in the DTES. Utilizing a participant action approach this projects demonstrates community-based collaboration in the interest of community empowerment and public education.
