Abstract
EntrCe Gold Inc. is a junior mining exploration company focused on searching for gold and copper in the south Gobi Desert that has experienced rapid growth during its first three years of operations. The Company was initially formed to take advantage of an opportunity to acquire three strategically located, contiguous mineral concessions adjacent to and surrounding a known gold and copper deposit at the onset of a bull market in gold and base metals. As with many junior mining companies, EntrCe's management were eager to explore the property and hopefully sell the project to another mining company. After three years, a potential suitor has not presented itself. Roles and responsibilities are vaguely defined, reporting structure is unclear and corporate policy and guidelines are virtually non-existent. It is apparent the Company must begin functioning as a sustainable enterprise rather than as a temporary entity expecting to be taken over imminently.
