Data for "Prioritizing Populations for Conservation Attention Using Genomic SNP Data"

The data and code included here accompany "Prioritizing Populations for Conservation Attention Using Genomic SNP Data" and are referenced in the thesis appendices. Appendix A contains details on accounting for neutral population structure or false positives. Appendix C contains information for the 34 studies included in the analysis, and is used as the input file for the R code, included as Appendix D, which was used to generate figures and tables, and for meta statistical analysis.
