Dining Table Play

Once my son and I noticed a resonant trill made by some empty plates when my son accidentally banged on the dining table after dinner. We started to drum on the table spontaneously. We beat different parts of the wooden tabletop with our arms, fingers, palms, fists, and knuckles to make diverse sounds. It sounded like the plates and bowls were dancing and singing with our hands on the tabletop.
