Abstract
The accompanying Excel file is comprised of multiple pages of tables related to the work in Chapter 4 of the thesis "Atomic Dynamism of AID/APOBEC3 Interactions and Functions". The contents of these tables include (Tables C.1-2) NCBI and ensemble information of cDNA transcripts, (Tables B.3-10) information on protein structures created through I-TASSER, (Tables B.11-12) DNA binding positions, (Table B.13 and B.15) overview of APOBEC3-DNA interactions by secondary structure, and (Table B.14 and B.16) APOBEC3-DNA interactions by amino acid.
