Abstract
Behind the closed doors of restaurants, there are always activities involving prepping ingredients before or after open business hours. Our company aims to expedite ingredient prep time, helping chefs perform more tasks ahead of time so that the kitchen operation is more streamlined. Z4D solutions plans to build a device called SpicePro, an electromechanical system that allows the user to dispense spice blends with high levels of accuracy by volume or weight. The system will also feature an interactive touch screen that will give users the ability to pre-configure spice presets with specific individual spice ratios to further help speed up dispensing.

Description
Undergraduate Engineering Science students are required to complete a group-based, two-course capstone sequence: ENSC 405W and ENSC 440. Groups form company structures and create an innovative product that potentially acts as a solution to a real-life problem. This collection archives the following assignments: proposal, design specifications, requirements specifications, and proof of concept.
