Abstract
Somi's engineers are confident that Chesto Alarm™will be the most effective solution in reducing sleep inertia on the market. Chesto Alarm™ is a smart alarm system designed to wake users up at an optimal time. Since sleep inertia is strongly affected by the sleep stage upon awakening, Somi has decided the most optimal time would be when users are in a light sleep stage. The ChestoAlarm™ system is intended to be used by people with ever-changing schedules, including pilots, people that travel abroad for business and shift workers, since these people would highly benefit from a reduction in sleep inertia.
