Abstract
The Audima HAB-1 is a next-generation hearing aid device, which combines both the general amplification in a hearing aid with Bluetooth technology, allowing it to connect wirelessly with other Bluetooth-enabled devices such as most modern cellular phones. The Audima Inc. development team will build a small hearing aid and connect it to an existing Bluetooth headset. A switch will be implemented to make the two components work in conjunction, making the HAB-1 function as one device.
