Abstract
RoboBlow is a remote-controlled snow thrower robot. This task oriented robot enables its operator to remove the snow and prevent ice formation on walkways or driveways while staying inside his/her home. Through the remote controller, the operator is able to move RoboBlow in any direction with desirable speeds. The operator can also turn on the snow thrower when it reaches a job site and turn off the snow thrower while the robot is travelling. There is also a salt spraying unit on the robot that can be switched on/off by using the remote controller.
