Plutos Services: Lead Generation System for the Hotel Advertising Industry

Abstract
This paper presents a business model of Plutos Services and the implementation of a digital concierge service within the hotel advertising industry. The model contains a basic company overview, external analysis, internal analysis and a final recommendation of the business strategy it should use to succeed. I researched the business environment in Canada to determine its position in the current market. I evaluated different strategic alternatives and sub-recommendations for implementing its services within 4-star hotels. I conducted an external analysis to evaluate its most important key success factors through the use of Porters’ 5 Forces. Furthermore, in a competitive analysis I compared the main competitors and Plutos Services to determine its opportunities and threats as well as internal and external risk factors. The internal analysis describes management preferences and presents a human resources plan as well as financial predictions. Based on the external and internal analysis I point out a final strategic recommendation.
