Biography: 

Joy Rowe worked as the Records Management Archivist at Simon Fraser University and is a guest lecturer at the School of Library, Archival, and Information Studies at University of British Columbia. She holds graduate degrees from the University of Cape Town in African Studies and the University of British Columbia in Archival Studies. She has published and presented on online training materials for records management (OERs) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in staff training.

 

Many of the links below are training resources for SFU employees to better manage the digital and paper records of the university. They are available in multiple forms (audio, video, graphics, text) for wider accessibility. Canvas Commons users (LMS) can access the pilot course "Introduction to Records Management for University Employees" and adapt it to their own audiences.
